Our Mission: To provide the most effective and comprehensive program utilizing Diagnostic Tools, training through Learning Series and Buddy Mentoring programs that enable military spouses to isolate, prepare for and engage in their career, education, freelance or entrepreneurial ambitions.

Our Vision: To become the best in the market at bringing awareness to the full breath of opportunities at large, through collaboration, for the empowerment of military spouses. To provide tangible data that will engage businesses, current community resources and universities in understanding the "true" needs of the military spouse in the area of career and business support so that a unified front can be obtained.
